THE ABOVE PRICES INCLUDE

• accommodation;
• bedding (sheets, bed clothes) 1pc/person;
• towels 2pc/person;
• wood for fireplace;
• grill;
• utilities;
• 2x parking lot by the house;
• portable garden seating/garden house;
• unlimited wireless Internet connection free of charge.

THE ABOVE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE

• Municipal accommodation fee 0,50 EUR/person/night;
• cleaning - 20 EUR

GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS

• when sending the order by the order form THE RESERVATION we will confirm the date of your stay and reserve the cottage until paying the deposit (max. 5 days)
• deposit of 30% from the price of stay is settled when making the reservation of the stay;
• at the beginning of your stay you will be charged a deposit of 150€/house in case of any damages to property or loss of the object keys; the deposit will be refunded at the end of stay when handover the house without any damages;
• Easter minimum 5 nights stay;
• New Year’s Eve minimum 5 nights stay; price for a house/night regardless number of accommodated guests;
• stay during the summer season (1.7. - 31.8.) - minimum 3 nights.

DISCOUNTS ON PRICE LIST PRICES

• children up to 2 years (included) – stay for free;
• children aged 2 - 6 years - discount 20%; children aged 7 - 12 years - discount 10%
• for a stay of 7 and more nights, it is possible to bargain the price individually.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• cancellation of stay 21 and more days before check in - cancellation fee of 30% of the advance payment;
• cancellation of the stay 10 - 20 days before check in - cancellation fee of 60%of the advance payment;
• cancellation of the stay 9 and less days prior to check in – cancellation fee of 100% of the advance payment.
